Orders and Payment

STEP 1
Simply send an email to  clayinhands@gmail.com for orders and enquiries.


State:
* name *,  *item* , *email address*
or use the quick order form on left sidebar.


Do give me 1-2 days to get back to your emails.




STEP 2
Email will be sent for request payment.
Items will be put on hold for maximum 48 hrs.




STEP 3
We accept Funds transfer(POSB).
Payment to be done within 2 days after confirmation of order.

Step 4
After payment is confirm.Item will be send out via normal or registered post.


Normal postage: FOC 
Registered : Additional $3.00 
Registered is complimentry for purchases of $50 and above.


Do opt for registered post as items are fragile.




Step 5
Item posted comes with a bubble bag in sushi box/ gift box(addition of $1.50)
We have a revised packaging that minimises at least 80% of the damage.


Normal postage: Postman will place parcel into mailbox.


Registered postage: Postman will send parcel to your doorstep. Someone has to be at home to sign and receive the parcel.


All mailing takes around 3 working days.




Step 6
An e-receipt will be sent to your email after postage is mailed. A hard copy will be sealed together with the parcel.

Do let us know when parcel is received. :)

Terms and Conditions


1. CLAYINHANDS will not be responsible for broken or lost parcels in the midst of mailing.


2. Strictly no meetups.


3. Payment must be paid in full before item is mail.


4. Items sold are not exchangable.


5. Do allow 1-2 weeks for customizations.
